Anxiety Rings

An anxiety ring is a ring with a part that moves: a band that spins, beads that rotate, links that slide. When your hands get restless, you spin it instead of picking, tapping or clicking a pen. Nobody else notices. They just see a pretty ring.

Every Anxi Ring is designed to be worn every day and stacked with what you already own. 18K PVD gold plating or silver, waterproof, tarnish-resistant and gentle on sensitive skin. Prefer the look of polished gold? Shop gold anxiety rings. Want the smoothest spin? Start with our spinning rings.

Questions, answered

Do anxiety rings actually work?
They give your hands something calm and repetitive to do. Spinning a ring is a quiet way to redirect nervous energy, which is why so many of our customers use theirs in meetings, in class and while driving. It's jewelry, not a medical device, but our reviews are full of people who say they pick, bite or fidget less.
What's the difference between a spinner, rotator and slider ring?
A spinner has an outer band that spins all the way around. A rotator has beads or charms that roll around the band. A slider has a piece you glide back and forth. Rotators give the most texture, spinners the smoothest motion.
Will an anxiety ring turn my finger green?
No. Our rings are stainless steel or sterling silver, with 18K PVD gold plating on the gold styles. They're waterproof, tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic, so you can shower, swim and work out in them.
How do I find my size?
Use the size chart on any ring page. Because of the moving parts, some styles run a touch small, so if you're between sizes, size up. Size swaps are easy within 30 days.
Can I stack anxiety rings?
Yes, that's how most people wear them. Over 30% of our orders include two or more rings. Mix a rotator with a slider, or gold with silver.
