Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking link. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
For damaged packages, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@anxiring.com with photos, and we’ll do our best to help.
Carrier Delays
While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.
Returned to Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
• an incorrect or incomplete address
• failed delivery attempts
• refusal of delivery
the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
