Most rings are high-quality stainless steel; select styles are 925 sterling silver. Gold styles are plated in 18k gold. Every ring is tested for lead, nickel, and cadmium — hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin, no green fingers. Materials vary by style, so check each product page.

Anxi Rings are waterproof and tarnish-resistant, made for everyday wear. Because each ring has a moving mechanism, a little care goes a long way: pat it dry after water or sweat and keep lotions and perfumes off the mechanism to keep the motion smooth.

We use standard US ring sizes — check the size chart on every product page. Heads up: the spinning mechanism makes some rings run a touch small, so if you're between sizes, size up. You can also match against a ring you already own or use a printable ring sizer.

Easy fix. Size swaps are free-flowing within 30 days of delivery through our returns portal at anxiring.returnsdrive.com — once we receive your original ring, the new size ships at no extra charge.

Standard shipping is $7.95 — and free on orders over $70.

Order before 12 p.m. CST and it ships same day; after that, it ships the next business day. Delivery takes about 3–7 days, and you'll get a tracking link as soon as it's on the way.

If you catch us before it ships, yes — email support@anxiring.com with your order number right away. Once it leaves the warehouse we can't make changes, but our 30-day returns have you covered.

Check with neighbors and around entryways/mailboxes first — packages are sometimes marked delivered a day early. If it doesn't show within 24–48 hours, contact the carrier through your tracking link. Once a package is marked delivered we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but email us and we'll help however we can.

30 days from delivery, started in about a minute at anxiring.returnsdrive.com. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging (final sale items and gift cards aren't eligible). You've got two options:

Store credit — full value of your order plus a 10% bonus, and return shipping is on us. No fees at all.

Refund to original payment — a $7.95 return shipping fee and a 6% restocking fee are deducted, and your refund lands 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and each order is eligible for one return or one exchange (not both).

Same portal (anxiring.returnsdrive.com), within 30 days. Swap for a different size or color of the same style — once your original arrives back, the replacement ships free.

We're sorry — that's not the unboxing we planned. Email support@anxiring.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

If your ring has any motion or craftsmanship issue on arrival — a spinner that doesn't spin, a visible defect — we'll repair or replace it, period. Normal wear and accidental damage aren't covered.

Lotions, perfume, and sanitizer go on first, ring second. Pat dry after water or sweat. Take it off for heavy workouts and sleep. Store it in its pouch. Treat the mechanism gently and it'll stay smooth for years.
