Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and current USPS rates. We offer both standard and express options, so you can choose what works best for you.
Orders over $75 ship free.
We process, pack, and ship your order within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 2–5 business days with standard shipping or 2–3 business days with express shipping. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
During peak seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
Once an order has left our warehouse, we’re unable to make changes. If you reach out before we pack and ship your order, we can update your details.

Once an order has left our warehouse, it can’t be canceled, but you can still return it within 30 days. If you contact us before your order is packed and shipped, we can cancel it and issue a refund.

Returns & exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return your Anxi Ring(s). To start a return, email us at hello@anxiring.com with your order number and reason for return.
To be eligible, items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your return. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized pieces are not eligible for return.

If your tracking says “delivered” but you don’t see your package, here are a few steps that usually solve it:
- Check with neighbors, roommates, or your building office in case it was left nearby.
- Look around entryways, mailboxes, or other safe spots where the carrier may have placed it.
- Contact your local USPS post office with your tracking number — sometimes packages are marked delivered a day early.
Once a package has been marked “delivered” by the carrier, Anxi Ring is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We recommend reaching out to USPS directly for the fastest resolution.

About Anxi Ring

We use 925 sterling silver or stainless steel (depending on the ring), with gold styles plated in 18k real gold. All Anxi Rings are tested for lead, nickel, and cadmium, making them hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.
Our rings are tarnish-resistant and water-resistant, but since they’re designed for fidgeting, we recommend treating them with care to keep them looking their best.
