30-Day Returns or Exchanges
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
- Rings must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Any visible wear or damage will void eligibility.

Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
- Items exchanged are not eligible for additional returns or refunds.

*Each order is eligible for one exchange or one return, but not both.
*Orders placed during Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotions must be returned in full — all items included in the offer must be sent back to be eligible for a full refund.
*Digital products are not eligible for a refund due to the nature of the product.
*Original shipping fee is non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items
If your ring arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so our team can review it.
If the issue qualifies, we will provide a one-time replacement per item.
Because a replacement resolves the issue, additional replacements, returns, or refunds will not be issued for the same item once a replacement has been sent.
Please note that our spinning ring styles contain moving components and should be handled with care. To help your ring last as long as possible, we recommend avoiding bending the band, applying pressure to the spinning portion, or wearing the ring during activities where it may come into contact with hard surfaces.
Normal Wear & Tear
Our rings are designed for everyday wear, but like all jewelry, they may experience normal wear over time. Scratches, loosening of moving components, plating wear, or damage caused by pressure, bending, impact, or improper handling are considered normal wear and tear and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Gifts
If you received an Anxi Ring as a gift, you can return it for store credit once inspected.
