We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your Anxi Ring isn't the perfect fit, our process is simple and stress-free.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
- Rings must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
- Visible wear or damage voids eligibility
- Final Sale items are not eligible for returns
- Each order is eligible for either one return or one exchange, not both. Once an item has been exchanged, it's no longer eligible for return or refund
- Orders placed during BOGO promotions must be returned in full — all items in the offer must be sent back
- Digital products are not eligible for refund
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return Options
1. Refund to your original payment method
A $7.95 return shipping fee and a 6% restocking fee are deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued once your ring is received and inspected — please allow 5–10 business days.
2. Store credit + 10% Bonus
Return shipping is on us. You'll receive store credit for the full value of your order plus a 10% bonus. Credit is issued once your return is received and approved.
The 6% restocking fee covers inspecting, restocking, and processing your return at our warehouse.

Returns That Don't Meet Our Conditions
If a returned item arrives showing wear, damage, or outside the 30-day window, we'll reach out to let you know. You can have it shipped back to you at your cost within 30 days. After that, we're unable to hold it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your ring arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@anxiring.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
If it qualifies, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no return shipping fee and no restocking fee. Replacements are limited to one per item.
Because a replacement resolves the issue, additional replacements, returns, or refunds will not be issued for the same item once a replacement has been sent.
Caring for Your Ring
Our spinning styles contain moving components and last longest with a little care. We recommend avoiding bending the band, applying pressure to the spinning portion, or wearing your ring during activities where it may hit hard surfaces.
Normal Wear & Tear
Our rings are made for everyday wear, but like all jewelry they show wear over time. Scratches, plating wear, and damage caused by pressure, bending, or impact are considered normal wear and aren't manufacturing defects.
Gifts
If you received an Anxi Ring as a gift, you can return it for store credit once it's been received and inspected. Just reach out with the order number or the email address of the person who purchased it.
